Privacy Policy

When you book a trial, join a course or take the free level test, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, city or country, age group (for kids' courses) and the courses you are interested in.

During classes, your teacher keeps simple notes on your progress — strengths, mistakes to revisit and homework. Payment receipts are kept to confirm fees; we never ask for or store your full bank account or card details.

Your information is used to schedule and deliver your classes, personalise lessons to your level and goals, send you materials and reminders, and share progress updates on WhatsApp.

With your permission, we may also share your feedback or success story on our website or social media — using only the name you choose for it, or anonymously.

Your information is never sold, rented or traded. It is shared only with the LEWS teacher assigned to you, and with payment providers to the minimum extent needed to confirm a transfer.

We may disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, and we will tell you when that happens unless we are legally forbidden to do so.

Student records are kept in private accounts with limited access; only the teaching team can see class notes, and none of your personal data appears on public pages of this website.

No system is perfect, but we treat your data the way we would want our own families' data treated: minimally, carefully and privately.

We keep your basic record while you are an active student so your next course can pick up where the last one ended.

After you finish or leave, progress notes are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your record sooner at any time.

LEWS uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your language preference (English or Urdu) in local storage, so the site opens in the language you chose.

You can clear this at any time from your browser settings; the site will simply fall back to English.

Classes run on Zoom or Google Meet, scheduling and conversations happen on WhatsApp, and we keep public pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. When you use those platforms, their own privacy policies apply.

We recommend reading the policy of any platform you use — especially for children's accounts — and we are happy to answer questions about how our own tools are configured.

For our Kids English Fun Club, a parent or guardian handles enrolment, payments and scheduling, and we ask for the child's first name only.

Class recordings for children, where used, are shared only with the parent or guardian. We never post a child's photo, video or full name publicly without written parental consent.

You can ask at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. A message on WhatsApp is enough — no forms, no fee.

We respond to every request within 7 working days. If something about your record worries you, we would rather fix it quietly than argue about it.

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes for active students are also announced on WhatsApp.
