Every new student starts with a free 30-minute trial class. The trial carries no fee and no obligation — it exists so you can meet your teacher, check your level and decide comfortably.

One trial class is offered per student. A seat in a course is confirmed only after the enrolment form is completed on WhatsApp and the first month's fee is received; we confirm your seat and schedule in writing.

Students need a notebook, a reasonably stable internet connection and a quiet corner. All classes are 1-on-1, so the schedule is built around your availability.

Classes are live, 1-on-1 sessions held on Zoom or Google Meet at the times agreed with your teacher. Most students take two to three classes per week, each lasting 30 to 60 minutes depending on the course.

Classes can be rescheduled free of charge when we receive notice at least 6 hours before the start time, subject to teacher availability.

Classes missed without prior notice are treated as delivered and are not refunded or carried forward. Repeated no-shows may result in the seat being released to another student.

Course fees are Rs 6,999 per month per course; specialised exam preparation courses (IELTS and PTE) are Rs 7,999 per month. There are no registration or materials charges.

Fees are paid monthly in advance by Meezan Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Please share the payment receipt on WhatsApp, after which your seat is confirmed for the month.

The monthly fee covers your scheduled live classes, lesson materials and feedback for that month. Unused classes do not accumulate as credit toward future months.

If a monthly plan is cancelled within the first week and no more than two classes have been taken, the remaining fee is refunded on request.

After the first week, fees for the current month are non-refundable, but a plan can be paused once with 48 hours' notice for up to two consecutive weeks (for travel, exams or illness).

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel within 5–7 working days. If we ever cancel a class on our side, it is rescheduled or refunded — whichever you prefer.

Students who complete a course with at least 70% attendance receive a digital LEWS certificate stating the course title and duration.

The certificate is issued free of charge and delivered as a PDF on WhatsApp or email. It is a course-completion certificate, not an official examination score — IELTS, PTE and similar results are issued by the examining bodies themselves.

We collect only what we need to teach you well: your name, WhatsApp number, city, course and class progress. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.

Class recordings, where used, are shared only with you — and, for children's courses, with the parent. Full details are described in our Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp is our main channel for scheduling, materials and support. We normally reply between 10:00 and 22:00 (Pakistan time), usually within a few hours.

We ask students and parents to keep communication respectful; we extend the same courtesy to every learner. Constructive complaints are always welcome and taken seriously.

These terms may be updated from time to time as our courses, prices or platforms evolve. The latest version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.

For enrolled students, material changes are also announced on WhatsApp before they take effect. Continuing your classes after a change means you accept the updated terms.
